Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Flink Studio, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for product cancellations, returns, and refunds made through our website flinkstudio.com.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at contact@flinkstudio.com or call us at +91-9009000868.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept product returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@flinkstudio.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include (but are not limited to):
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Accessories (earrings, masks, etc.)
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Customized or made-to-order products
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If rejected, you will be informed via email with the reason for non-approval.
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@flinkstudio.com.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the product.
