1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted national courier companies to ensure timely and secure deliveries across India. Some of our logistics partners may include India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others, depending on your delivery location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
  • Rural or Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Flink Studio offers Free Shipping on all orders across India unless otherwise specified during promotional events or for special delivery locations. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Flink Studio will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays can occur. In such cases, we will inform you via email or phone. Flink Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at contact@flinkstudio.com. If you accept a damaged parcel, please share clear images and details within 48 hours so that we can assist with replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver orders only within India. International shipping will be announced when available in the future.
